Sarah said:
“It was an absolute honour to receive the award and I would like to thank all my team, the volunteers and most of all our young people – who were already superheroes.
I am nothing without them. It’s easy to look good when you have an amazing team doing such amazing work.”
Back in Stockport, Sarah was eager to get on with her work but acknowledged that it is always lovely to be appreciated.
Anyone who knows Sarah will be unsurprised by her modesty in the face of her very real achievements.
The support models she has established for young people can and have been transferred to other local authorities. Insight now operates in East Cheshire, Trafford and Stockport and has 11 members of staff and over 100 volunteers.

Congratulations on your Award, Sarah, from all at Pure. It is so very well deserved.
