The UK’s market leading personalised knitwear manufacturer, Rowlinson Knitwear (Rowlinson) has been named by Great Place to Work® as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ in the small organisation category.
Rowlinson ranked 23rd in the Small Business category (20-49 employees) announced at a gala dinner this week held in London.
This is the first time Rowlinson has achieved the honour, which recognises the schoolwear manufacturer as having a high trust, engaged workplace culture.
The methodology behind the ranking is one of the most rigorous uniquely comprising of both an employee survey and an audit into the organisation’s management and HR practices. The award recognises the strength of Rowlinson’s leadership and its range of innovative, creative and effective HR policies which create a successful workplace culture.
