Just one week after having the title ‘BEER CHAMPION 2013’ bestowed upon the company at the BBPA Awards Dinner in London, Robinsons are celebrating again.

On Wednesday evening at the
EN Business – Entrepreneur of the
Year awards held at The Mere in
Knutsford, the Robinsons took home
another award – this time…
FAMILY BUSINESS OF THE
YEAR 2013!
The cream of the North West’s entrepreneurial crop were all present to enjoy the 12th annual awards ceremony but Robinsons Brewery is a rare and remarkable example of a business which has been run by the same family for 175 years.
From humble beginnings, Robinsons Brewery has grown to become a Stockport Institution and a multi-million pound empire boasting more than 340 pubs across the North West of England.
A family tradition, and one which has grown over many years, the story of Robinsons – now one of Britain’s biggest independent family breweries – is not just about the history of a brewery but of a family which has played (and continues to play) an immensely important role in British Brewing.
The Robinson family would like to thank our readers and members for all of your continued support over the years!
One Family. One Place. One Hundred and Seventy Five Years.
