Meet an all new festive brew – Indulgence – the last of Robinsons’ 2014 seasonal ales.Released nationally on November 1st, this 4.4% ABV mahogany coloured ale has been designed to be the perfect winter warmer. With aromas of roasted malt and fruity hops, the beer imparts the perfect balance of bitterness and aroma.

Martyn Weeks, Robinsons’ Head Brewer, said:
“Across our estate and nationally we have sold over half a million pints of our seasonal ales this year and we are excited to end 2014 on a high with this brand new, original brew.”
The beer, made using the Slovenian wild hop Celeia, has the highest ABV of all the limited edition beers Robinsons has produced this year.
“The beer has been designed to be slowly savoured,” said Martyn. “We’ve worked hard on creating the perfect balance of malt, toffee and citrus with a building bitter after taste. A dash of liquorish balanced by the addition of Demerara sugar creates a warm full bodied pint. It really is the perfect drink to be enjoyed next to an open fire during the cold winter nights.”
To celebrate the launch, Robinsons Brewery will be giving away 72 free pints of the beer on Thursday 6th November at their Visitors Centre on Apsley Street in Stockport.
Indulgence is available throughout November/December 2014 – nationally via listings with Heineken, Carlsberg and Punch, and regionally via selective Robinsons’ pubs across the North West – get it while you can!
