Stockport’s famous star, Robinsons, has now conjured up Pint of Thrones; a new seasonal ale inspired by the popular TV series Game of Thrones.
Robinsons, who has been brewing exceptional, quality ales for 179 years, have 280 pubs scattered across Cheshire, Derbyshire, Lancashire, Cumbria, and North Wales.
Available for just two months, ‘The King in the North’ is a limited edition full-bodied, traditional amber ale with a warm heart of spicy cedar. The pump clip has been carefully developed to encapsulate Aegon the Conqueror’s iron throne, with a collection of enemy swords bordering the blood-red clip. At 4% ABV, and boasting a pleasant, fruity aroma, drinkers will definitely be in for a hearty experience.
Pint of Thrones is part of Robinsons’ series of seasonal ‘movie-themed’ ales that have been specially brewed for 2017.
Gill Yates, Brands Manager for Robinsons Brewery, explains:
“After the success of last year’s Hop Gun, we decided to introduce a new TV and film series range for 2017. We chose to focus on Pint of Thrones due to the series’ increasing popularity – we really wanted to provide our drinkers with a delicious, meaningful ale that they can relate to, in anticipation of the new season of their favourite show.”
Pint of Thrones is available throughout April and May regionally via select Robinsons’ pubs across the North West, Cumbria and North Wales, and nationally via listings with Heineken, Enterprise Inns Carlsberg and Molson Coors – claim your Pint of Thrones today.
