Stockport family brewery, Robinsons, has teamed up with a number of craft breweries in the North West to launch a limited edition pale ale ahead of the Stock Party event in the town centre later this month.
The 4.8% hazy pale ale, Stock Party Pake, has been created by Robinsons in collaboration with Stockport-based Runaway Brewery, as well as fellow North West craft brewers Cloudwater, Track, Balance and Sure Shot Brewery, with help from Where The Light Gets In, and hop supplier Charles Faram.
The result uses a combination of Galaxy, Goldings, Ernest and Harlequin hops to deliver a vegan friendly hazy pale ale packed full of citrus flavours with a new world backbone.
Sam Kennerley, Brands Manager for Robinsons Brewery said:
“The brew with our friends across Manchester and the North West is the first collaboration brew we’ve done outside of our partnership with TROOPER and it’s been a great journey to team up with some of the best titans in craft brewing from our little corner of the UK.”
The beer, brewed for the forthcoming Stock Party event from Robinsons’ own brewery yard and Stockport’s historic Underbank on July 20th, will also be available at selected Robinsons pubs across the North West and North Wales for a limited time after the event.
Sam added:
“We’ve been working hard to push the envelope with our beers over the last 18 months, brewing award-winning favourites such as Old Tom, Dizzy Blonde, TROOPER and Unicorn alongside experimenting with new styles and flavours with our craft beer brewing arm Unicorn Brewing. It’s been a great learning opportunity for us and with our brew house kicking out some great new beers on a monthly basis, we know we’re giving our drinkers great choice whether they’re a cask, lager or craft beer drinker!”
