RETAIL MOVES IN STOCKPORT

Peel have signed a 10 year lease with TK Maxx to open a new store at The Peel Centre, Portwood, Stockport.  

The Peel Centre Stockport is just a few minutes walk from Stockport town centre and has a wide range of retail units containing many well known high street brands.  The site is situated immediately off Junction 27 of the M60 motorway.

TK Maxx is moving from their current premises on Warren Street and have taken the 18,000 sq ft ex-comet unit which also includes a 16,000 sq ft mezzanine.

Extensive refurbishment and improvement work is being carried out by Peel and TK Maxx to the unit before it opens this autumn.
