Stockport College has instructed commercial agents Colliers to dispose of its 2.89 acre Greek Street campus.

The redevelopment opportunity is located within the well-established town of Stockport which is currently enjoying a renaissance. A £1 billion investment programme designed to re-establish and bolster the towns offer is currently under way.

The site is held freehold with vacant possession available on completion and just a 2-minute walk from Stockport rail station being on the west coast main line linking Manchester to London.
