Stockport based Reactive Recruit are off to a flying start & ahead of schedule with their 1st placement!
With the official launch due in February 2015 the vacancies from new clients have already started to come in resulting in a specialised engineering placement.
James Duckworth, who led the assignment says:
“This was a real challenge with a high volume food manufacturer requiring a multi-skilled engineer to work on rotating shifts. They had struggled to fill the role due to a lack of quality from their advertised applicant response. They benefitted hugely from our key USP’s i.e. local sector knowledge, regular communication, understanding exactly what they required, vast networking & real attention to detail. We were able to deliver a quality shortlist of 3 candidates from which they struggled to decide whom to hire!”
