
Stockport charity, Pure Innovations have received a Gold award for customer experience from independent feedback company, Investor in Customers.
The award recognises Pure Innovations with the highest standard available for their commitments to Customer Experience.
Investor in Customers work with all types of businesses, shining a light on the everyday impact to the people they support. Pure Innovations is a charity that helps people with disabilities live more enriched lives, and earlier this year, colleagues, parents and carers, students and customers associated with the organisation shared their feedback about their own personal experiences. The survey resulted in the charity receiving an exemplary overall score of 8.21.

The results provide an honest reflection on the everyday support Pure Innovations provide, as well as more detailed aspects like feeling welcome, protection from abuse and harm and positively promoting the quality of life for service users.
