Family-run property investment business, Flood Estates, is set to expand its portfolio after agreeing a £7.5 million loan facility with Cheadle-based Together.
The deal with the specialist lender will allow Flood Estates to expand its commercial property portfolio further. The business currently has a commercial property portfolio of six sites nationwide.
Founder and chairman, Brendan Flood, said of securing the new debt facility:
“This is the first time that we have worked with Together and I was impressed by their entrepreneurial approach and ability to move quickly.
“The team emanates a positive can-do approach and having worked with other institutions in the past, it was refreshing to deal with people that thrive on its customer’s needs and shared vision.”
Chris Baguley, Together’s Commercial Managing Director, added:
“It was a pleasure working with Brendan whose wealth of experience in the commercial property world means that he has the knowledge to source unique opportunities.
“We understood his ambitions for the future and look forward to working with him to help realise them.”
Flood Estates is part of a wider portfolio of property, sport and investment companies founded by Brendan Flood, who is also a director of Burnley FC.
Based in Cheadle, specialist lender Together employs more than 750 colleagues and has a loan book exceeding £4.8 billion.
