Poynton apartments unveiled for former commercial building

Quorum, a leading developer and investor in the North West, has given a former commercial building a new lease of life and unveiled their latest development of stylish Poynton apartments. 

Quorum acquired the Acumen Centre, a three storey building spanning over 20,000 square feet on First Avenue, Poynton in 2017, with plans to give the building a new lease of life.

Following the initial launch Quorum has already reserved a third of the apartments.
