Platform81 launches new Stockport County Community Foundation website

Full-service digital agency, Stockport based Platform81, has announced the launch of the new Stockport County Community Foundation website.

The agency may have recently moved offices to no longer be around the corner from the Hatters’ Edgeley Park grounds, but it has not dampened their support for the local side. Platform81 previously worked on Stockport County’s first independent site in 2017, and delivered a redesign in June this year as the club embarked on a new chapter in its history.

The Stockport County FC Community Foundation offers children, the elderly and those with disabilities the chance to be part of a local, caring community. The Foundation help engage children and adults in structured, safe, fun and developmental activities throughout Stockport and the surrounding area.

Head of Operations at Platform81, Caroline, said:

We are always pleased to be working with Stockport County and this time it was no different. It was great to work with the Foundation, and to learn more about the charity and the fantastic things they offer. It was an honour to get to know some of the amazing team members playing a part in the Foundation, and we’re extremely pleased with the result of this new site.”

The website for the Foundation required a bespoke booking form to allow parents to book the various programmes available for their children. The gallery on the website was also built to allow Stockport County to share photos of specific events separately, as opposed to accumulating all images together in one large gallery. This helps the Foundation truly showcase what they do and the difference they make in a more structured, organised and visual way for their users.
