Platform81, the digital marketing and creative agency based in Stockport, has launched a new website for Gymfinity Kids, the UK’s first quality gymnastic and ninja zone offering fun and exciting activities for children.
The project, which was secured in April, comes on the back of a successful 12-month relationship which has seen Platform81 provide a range of marketing services to support the launch of Gymfinity Kids during the opening of its first three sites in Leeds, Colchester and Reading. A fourth site will open later this month in Farnborough.

Having conducted a user experience review of the existing site and based on device traffic of 76.4% mobile vs. 12.4% desktop, the design of the new site concentrated on a mobile first approach. This allowed the team to tailor graphics and content for devices with potentially less bandwidth, focusing on key messages and stripping out unnecessary images. In addition, the composition of the webpages needed to be designed with vertical scrolling in mind as content structure was a key focus of the review.
Vicky Tamplin, Sales and Marketing Director at Gymfinity Kids, said:
“P81 have been a huge support throughout the build of Gymfinity Kids. Helping to develop the brand, from designing artwork for print to managing all online digital activity and building the website. They are a fun, creative team who have made a real point to get to know and truly understand the brand.”
Alec Middleton, director at Platform81 said:
“We love nothing better than meeting fledgling businesses and partnering with them to ensure they maximise their marketing potential through their launch phase and on into the future. We have supported Gymfinity Kids during the opening of four sites and look forward to being involved in many more, some of which are already in the pipeline.”
