Pioneer10 workshops to share expert guidance for businesses

Stockport Business and Innovation Centre’s (SBIC) Pioneer10 is hosting a series of workshops to share expert guidance for businesses looking to take advantage of the booming green economy.

The Pioneer10 Stockport workshops will be delivered by business experts from the GC Business Growth Hub. Four sessions during June and July 2022 will provide business owners and entrepreneurs in the borough with the knowledge, guidance and tools necessary to drive forward with a business strategy.

The interactive and thought provoking workshops will cover areas that are critical for moving towards the commercialisation of an innovative business idea or planned solution and drive growth in your business and provide green benefits internally or to customers.

The first workshop will take place at Tuesday 14th June from 9.30am at SBIC at Broadstone Mill and cover The Business Model Canvas – business planning for growth.

The Business Model Canvas is a business tool used to visualise all the building blocks of your business. The session will touch on topics such as:

• Your customers – who they are, how they think, how do they purchase
• Your routes to market – how, where, why & are they working
• Customer Relationships – how do you interact with the customer through their purchasing journey
• Revenue Streams – How does the business earn revenue

This free to attend workshop will be an interactive session where delegates will be able take away some key, practical learnings – book your place via Eventbrite.

• Customer Segmentation – organising your customers for growth (Tue 28 Jun 2022 at 09:30)
• The Value Proposition – meeting the needs of your customers (Tue 12 Jul 2022 at 09:30)
• Intellectual Property – protecting your business & products (Tue 26 Jul 2022 at 09:30)
