Stockport’s largest commercial property landord Orbit Developments has launched a loyalty scheme for its Stockport based customers that also helps to support local businesses.
The SKone reward card is being rolled out across all of Orbit Developments’ 12 central Stockport buildings giving their customers extra benefits including discounts and special offers from over 40 companies in the area.
The initiative has been embraced by Stockport companies and customers alike who can take advantage of deals from popular retailers in the town such as Metro Gym, Soap Hairdressing and Direct Dry Cleaners as well as speciality shops like Wonderland Cakes and Himalayas Tea.
Tony Jones, managing director of Orbit Developments, said:
“This scheme has been a great way to reward customers and their staff at all levels and is also giving us the opportunity to support and shout about some of the brilliant businesses that are based in the town.
“We believe that Stockport is a fantastic place to do business and are delighted with the response we’ve had from customers and businesses so far.”
Free Access at Regent House
As well as the reward card, the initiative allows Orbit customers free access to the SKone hub in the recently refurbished flagship Stockport building, Regent House. The modern and bright business lounge provides free Wi-Fi facilities and refreshments to enable their customers to host informal meetings in a flexible space whenever required. Alongside the SKone hub, free meeting rooms are also available to customers, providing additional space for formal meetings to take place in a traditional and private setting.
The Orbit sites included in the scheme are Regent House, Beckwith House, Mansion House, Wellington House, Grosvenor House, Crossley House, Hillgate Court, Applicon House, Cirtek House, Highbank House, Pathshire House and No. 1 St. Peter’s Square.
