O’Neill Patient gets the Offizone treatment

October 5, 2016

Stockport Solicitors O'Neill Patient

Stockport based Offizone has given O’Neill Patient’s new offices a full makeover and a facelift of their established offices in Chester Road, Hazel Grove.

Following a period of rapid expansion, O’Neill Patient acquired a former salon giving them prominent High Street presence and appointed Offizone to carry out a full fit-out of the new ‘shop’ along with a programme of refurbishment for its existing premises.

As well as ensuring that their clients are well provided for, the refreshed offices and working environment aid employees’ well-being and retention.

Offizone’s programme of work included improving the reception area, meeting rooms, car park, employee facilities and the working environment – ergonomic seating, desking and equipment, better lighting, refurbished common areas, washroom and improved kitchen facilities. New filing systems enable more secure storage and easier filing and retrieval to help towards achieving the coveted industry Information Security standard, ISO27001.

Offizone director Geoff Pike explains the project: “As well as the specifics outlined above, our brief was to add more space for additional team members.

“After the demolition of the existing fit-out we began the upgrade, installing new partitions, ceilings, lighting, air-conditioning, power and data, flooring, furniture and AV equipment.

“The newly acquired salon at the corner of London Road and Grundey Street has been converted to include a new reception and five meeting rooms of various sizes.

“Phase 2 was to convert the ground floor reception and meeting rooms of ONP’s Chester House Offices into an open plan office for 30 employees with full fit-out, new furniture and storage.

“Through careful planning, we were able to complete the project without ONP losing even one man-day” said Geoff. “Having created the 30 spaces on the ground floor, we were able to move the employees 30 at a time from the first and second floors to complete the refurbishment and modernisation in line with the ground floor.”

As well as the interior refurbishment, Offizone have since gone on to refurbish the exteriors and grounds with decorating, signage and refreshing the car parks.
