Middle management is the key drop out point for women, where the numbers of women in management positions decreases dramatically from 40 to 15 percent. The STRIDE programme is aimed at equipping these female managers to make the best choices and to recognise and develop those areas, which will have the maximum impact for progression, performance and the ability to succeed.
STRIDE is not about ticking the box for quotas nor satisfying the gender debate. The programme is practical and needs driven to support the talent and succession pipeline by focusing on the differentiators women have identified as key to fulfilling their career aspirations.
The cost of the 6 month programme is £1,895 per delegate and Oakridge are offering group discounts from 2+ delegates per organisation so please do speak to Joanne Sharp on 0161 327 2031 for more information.
