
A £100,000 fund to support grassroots community groups in Greater Manchester has opened for applications.
The One GM Community Fund is being distributed by Forever Manchester and the Greater Manchester Mayor’s Charity, and aims to support 100 community groups across the city-region to support their work with those most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
The £100,000 fund will be distributed across two funding rounds, open to applications in June and September. The Fund will support community projects working in one of the following areas:
- Families and individuals experiencing food poverty.
- Support for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
- Community based mental health and well-being support.
The first round will close for applications at midday on Friday 23rd July 2021.
