A new office space, Flynn House, has opened in Bramhall, Stockport, featuring open-plan units for small businesses and set to add a co-working hub for freelancers and remote workers.
Flynn House is situated in the heart of Bramhall village, close to shops, cafes, and green spaces and well positioned to transport links to Stockport and Manchester city centre.
Owned by the McHugh family, the property is named after their youngest son, Flynn, who has severe autism and is the inspiration behind the development.
Owner, Darren McHugh, commented on the opening:
“Flynn House is designed to function as a co-working haven where local professionals and innovative thinkers can work, engage, and network with a community of like-minded individuals. Our ethos is based on creating an environment that inspires collaboration, nurtures creativity, and fosters professional growth.
“The space is so much more than its square footage. It’s about building an inclusive community where businesses can learn from one another. As such, I feel the space will be vital to our area’s vibrant and diverse economy.”
Flynn House’s meeting rooms are open for business from 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday, and will be offered free of charge for use by those who operate in the third sector, subject to availability. Co-working space, The Hub, will open later this Spring, and benefits from a screen on every desk, fast wi-fi, air conditioning, complimentary refreshments, and a communal kitchen and break-out area.
The development will be operated and managed by PR and marketing agency Hop&Co, one of the first companies to move into a Flynn House office space.
