
Nominations have opened for the third #MadeInStockport awards, celebrating the borough’s makers and producers.
The awards, which started life as a social media ident to help connect and promote local independent creators in Stockport, were established by local creative Dylan Moore of Aqua Design Group, with nine categories up for grabs in the 2023 awards. The awards are supported by headline sponsors Azets, SAS Daniels LLP and Rise Homes.
You can nominate your business in the following categories:
- Business of the Year (sponsored by Marketing Stockport)
- Small Business of the Year (sponsored by Factotum)
- Concept of the Year
- Food Producer of the Year
- Drink Producer of the Year
- Best Crafter of the Year
- Business to look out for (sponsored by T3 Creative Transport)
- Capturing Stockport Award (sponsored by IXSD Academy)
- Independent Shop Front
Entries can be submitted via the #MadeInStockport Awards website. Nominations close on 10th March and finalists announced on the 31st March.
Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony that will take place at Bask on 22nd June, tickets are £30.00 each and will be going on sale once finalists have been announced, with this year’s awards supporting local sight and hearing loss charity, Walthew House.
