New Year, new division for C&C Insurance Brokers

Stockport head-quartered C&C Insurance Brokers have kicked off the new year with a new division, C&C Real Estate. 

Aimed at providing expert advice within the commercial property insurance sector, C&C Real Estate is being led by C&C’s Jayne Wilson.

Since joining C&C five years ago, Jayne has built an extensive network of contacts, affectionately known amongst many in the sector as ‘the property lady’. Although the Romiley based brokers have been advising and providing a brokerage service for commercial property insurance for many years, Jayne’s expertise and reputation will enable C&C to expand its presence within the sector, by offering a more consultative approach to property developers, landlords and managing agents.

Jayne Wilson, C&C’s Real Estate Manager says: 

“We know from experience that although landlords need to ensure they’re not paying over the odds for their cover, they also need to ensure the correct level of cover. And in the current climate of rapidly escalating rebuild costs, this is becoming increasingly critical. We also understand the criteria and language lenders use when commercial property is first purchased or refinanced, so can ease the whole process of securing the correct level and type of commercial property insurance a landlord requires.”

One of the first goals of C&C Real Estate is to work with an insurer to create an exclusive, bespoke proposition for their property developer clients. The new division will also be creating a series of exclusive seminar events where experts within the commercial property sector can share industry insights and pitfalls to avoid.

Later this year, C&C Real Estate will be based out C&C’s new Manchester city-centre hub, presenting even greater opportunities to meet and advise clients within the commercial property sector.
