Three new companies have moved into Orbit’s newly refurbished Regent House offices and one new business has chosen Beckwith House as its North West office in the last few months.
The recent burst of leasing activity in two of Stockport’s leading commercial properties will see 3,287 sq ft taken up in a range of flexible deals.

The firm looks after over 300,000 sq ft of commercial space in the town and is the largest landlord in Stockport centre.
Lending comparison operation A2Z Loans, Secure Solutions, Accenda, DCB Consultants and Right Advice have all taken space in Regent House while leading UK homecare company Prestige Nursing has moved into Beckwith House.
In a separate move Innovate Healthcare Management Group has expanded from the Emerson Business Centre in Regent House into managed offices in the same building.

Prestige Nursing has 45 offices across the UK. The Stockport operation is one of five in the North West.
