Stockport Sports Village will host H1VE open weekend, showcasing the new fitness studio on December 14th and 15th.
The open weekend will include exclusive previews and taster sessions ahead of opening in January 2020, giving fitness enthusiasts the opportunity to meet the team and talk to them about the fitness and social experience that they offer.
The H1VE open weekend will be between 12pm and 4pm, Saturday and Sunday 14th and 15th December. Taster classes will be at 12.30pm, 1.30pm and 2.30pm.
Anyone wishing to attend can book a place by contacting H1VE through their website.
The new addition to Stockport Sports Village will offer group classes, citing the social and health benefits of group exercise. Classes will be led by fitness industry “Rockstar” coaches and combine cardio, functional strength and conditioning training.
H1VE’s space is fitted out with high-tech gym equipment that digitally monitors workouts, allowing session coaching to be individually tailored, and add the benefits that come with personal training.
Members will also be able to use other facilities including classes and swimming facilities at Life Leisure’s Stockport centres, but unlike traditional gym memberships, H1VE membership is on a non-contract basis.
Fitness industry expert Ruth Lynch, who is one of the team behind H1VE’s launch said:
H1VE will be about harnessing the benefits of working together to help individuals achieve their own personal goals whatever their shape, size or fitness level.
“This ethos will be integral to the type and style of classes on offer. It’s also the reason we are going to keep membership numbers deliberately low. We want to provide an environment where people can really get to know each other, build bonds, and have fun getting fit as a community – one of the best ways to do that is to focus on quality not quantity.”
