As the construction and property sectors continue to grow, Stockport Chartered Surveyors and Property Management company Fairhurst Estates have welcomed Emily Higginbottom to the team.
Emily has just completed the second year of a Real Estate BSc (Hons) course at Sheffield Hallam University and joins their Estates Team for a year out as an, “Assistant Estates Surveyor.”
During her placement, Emily will work alongside their experienced Chartered Surveyors and gain experience in all aspects of General Practice Surveying, keeping a diary of her experience as year one of her APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) in preparation for becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
Emily will return to University in Autumn 2016 to complete her degree & then work towards further APC study before gaining full membership of the RICS.
