Stockport based Fairhurst Estates Ltd ( FEL) have worked in association with their client NTS in the acquisition of 3 further new National Tyre depots.
Both FEL’s Estates and Building Surveying functions worked seamlessly to identify, acquire and project manage the fit out of the 3 new branches in Congleton, Wembley and Bearsden, Glasgow.
Congleton and Wembley both opened for trading late 2014 and the Bearsden Project is currently in progress on site and is expected to open this March.
Fairhurst Estates are expecting to announce the opening of further branches throughout 2015, as National Tyres continue to expand their network.
