In the Circle North West will put the green spotlight on the region next month, offering a great opportunity for businesses of all sizes to get a better understanding of how they can play their part. Sustainability and environmental impact of businesses is high on the agenda and finding out how businesses can adopt and develop strategies is key.
In the Circle is being curated by TheBusinessDesk.com to provide businesses of all sizes with information to inform and inspire about their own operations.
The virtual conference will bring together industry leaders, Marks & Spencer’s such as Mike Barry who delivered industry-leading Plan A initiative, musicMagpie’s Steve Oliver, and key regional organisations including Greater Manchester Combined Authority, the Manchester Climate Change Partnership and Transport for the North.
Alec Walton, chief executive of In the Circle, said: “Sustainability has moved up the list of business priorities but many senior managers are unsure how it can apply to their business or how they can be sustainable and benefit their business at the same time.
“In the Circle North West will provide those practical tips and analyse what’s next to give you the information to help position your business for the changes ahead.”
The one-day conference includes sessions on green finance, sustainable transport, supply chain, the region’s energy industry, manufacturing, construction, utilities and recommerce.
