
Stockport Homes CEO, Helen McHale, and Chair of the Board, Jenny Osbourne, have been named on 24housing’s ‘Power Players’ list of the most influential people in the UK housing sector.
24housing’s ‘Power Players’ list recognises people in the housing industry who use their positions to influence the sector and wider society for the better.
Helen McHale has been named in 21st place within the publicly nominated list of the fifty most influential people in UK housing. The magazine praised her inspirational leadership, her voice within housing and ultimately her optimism and enthusiasm.
Jenny Osbourne was ranked the 13th most influential person in housing, in part for her role as Chief Executive of the Tenant Participatory Advisory Service (TPAS), which ensures tenants have a strong voice within the sector and innovates how they are engaged.

The announcement of its CEO and Chair as some of the UK housing sector’s most influential people comes after a successful year for the organisation. Stockport Homes Group was named Landlord of the Year in the Northern Housing Awards, and achieved a 3-star accreditation in the Sunday Times Top 100, with 11 years on the list. The organisation remains driven by a passion to deliver services that go far beyond being a traditional landlord with an inspirational mission of ‘One team, transforming lives’.
