Trust Brand Communications have just finished helping Morrisons by completing an entire rebrand their internal newsletter ‘ER Matters’.
The digital newsletter helps colleagues to understand Morrisons policies regarding sometimes-complex issues like Maternity and Paternity legislation in a clear and straightforward way. This latest edition of the newsletter shared Morrisons hard work that had resulted in an 87% reduction in appeals and a 57% reduction in Grievances – this was great news and deserved an equally great new design to deliver it.
Trust worked closely with Morrisons to create a clean and contemporary design that was easy for colleagues at Morrisons to engage with and understand. Morrisons are the latest well-known organisation that Trust have helped with their internal communications, already this year the Stockport-based branding agency have worked with Ann Summers and Riverside on similar high profile internal communication campaigns.
