Building on the foundations of the old successful site, which had achieved a 50 per cent increase in sales enquiries in just 12 short months, Midshire have proudly announced their new and improved website is now live.
Since Midshire first went online in 1999, they have designed various webfaces over the years, this new site is the 7th webface and has been meticulously designed with simplicity in mind.
Research to determine what the most searched items and how customers were utilising the old site was undertaken at the beginning of the planning process.
A clean aesthetic was adopted to ensure easy navigation was possible in order to ultimately enhance the users experience.
There are a few exciting new features that have been customised for the new webface. These include public access to Midshire’s Business View Tours. These tours allow the customers to enter the company offices and an exclusive look inside the award cabinet that showcases the business’ ongoing achievements. The new site has over 300 additional pages of content with all the useful information that Midshire created based on their findings during the research period.
Midshire’s Group Marketing Manager, Adrienne Topping says,
“We’ve created some substantial pieces of content as part of the project, including over 300 new website pages. All of this content will drive further traffic to the site and continue to grow Midshire’s online authority and presence.”
“This website is the most functional, feature rich and sophisticated Midshire has ever launched, and is a real credit to everyone involved. The new system allows us to track all enquiries whether by telephone or email, giving us a real sense of the full picture.”
Midshire has achieved a massive 500 per cent increase in website traffic in the last 5 years and predicts that the new site will drive even more traffic.
