Stockport Business Awards is an annual event set up for businesses by businesses, aimed at highlighting and celebrating business excellence in the region.
As a Company, MAN Diesel & Turbo UK Ltd (MDT-UK) sponsors the award for Innovation and Design, an award which recognises improved business performance through the design and innovation of new products or services. The recipient of this year’s award was Robinson’s Brewery who received their award at a presentation ceremony held on Thursday, 3 October 2013.
Another of the evening’s awards was the Special Recognition Award, an award recognising somebody who has made an outstanding contribution to the Stockport Business Community. Individuals or groups were eligible and had to be nominated by a third party.
MDT-UK is delighted to announce that the recipient of this year’s Special Recognition Award was Wayne Jones, Senior Vice President, Business Unit After Sales, MAN Diesel & Turbo.
