Continuing their commitment to providing work experience opportunities for local schools and colleges, MAN Diesel & Turbo UK Ltd (MDT-UK) have once again provided placements to students in June 2013.
A total of four students from Aquinas College and Stockport Grammar School began a week-long programme on Monday 24 June, combining experience in the training Academy (under the tutelage of Andy Fenn) and also within the Warehouse (under the guidance of Craig Greenbank and Calvin Sherratt) where they were engaged in all aspects of the Logistics function.
The aim of these placements is to provide students with a wide range of experiences that will hopefully stand them in good stead for the future and possibly a career in engineering.
