The Range has announced that it will open a showroom for the retailer’s luxury kitchen brand, Jonas & James, at its Stockport store at the Peel Centre.
The Jonas & James kitchen showroom will open from Friday 21st August and aims to offer quality kitchens comparable to luxury brands at an affordable price. The service offered includes styles ranging from ultra-contemporary to traditional and free design and consultancy service including virtual reality concepts.
The introduction of Jonas & James Kitchens at the Stockport branch is part of an extensive rollout plan to expand this offering across The Range’s stores nationwide, following successful launches in six other stores earlier this year.
In line with current Government guidelines, additional measures are in-place at The Range Stockport store to make it safe for staff and customers. These include social distancing markers to help people stay at least 2m apart, sanitising stations at the entrance and contactless card payment where possible.
The launch of the kitchen brand at The Range is a mark of the retailer’s founder’s entrepreneurial leadership. Chris Dawson opened his first store, then called CDS, in Plymouth in 1989 after working as a market trader.
