Life Leisure Houldsworth Mill is to host its inaugural R1G Games, a team fitness competition to raise funds for mental health charity, Stockport Mind.
Set to take place on Saturday 22nd June at Life Leisure Houldsworth Village in Reddish, Stockport, the R1G Games promise a fitness challenge where strength, teamwork, and determination collide for an adrenaline-fueled experience. Games aim to push teams to their limits and ignite competitive spirit, all while raising money for a charity close to the Life Leisure team’s hearts.
The games are open to Life Leisure members and non-members in male, female and mixed teams of two. Athletes must be 18+ and some level of experience in this style of training is recommended, although this is not required to enter. The Workouts will also be released soon and R1G and H1VE classes at Life Leisure centres across Stockport will be incorporating some specifically tailored workouts to help in the preparations.
Tickets for the R1G Games are available now and early registration is recommended as spots are limited. Entries cost £35 per team and can are available via Eventbrite. All proceeds go to support Stockport Mind.
