Below is a list of the latest roadworks in Stockport affecting the areas of High Lane, Bramhall, Didsbury Road and Cheadle Hulme.
- British Telecom will be carrying out work on Carr Brow in High Lane on Thursday 19th June. A road closure from the junction with Wyberseley Road to the junction with Buxton Road will be in place from 9.30am and 3.30pm.
- United Utilities will be undertaking works on Woodford Road in Bramhall, at the junction with Bramhall Lane South and Ack Lane East. These works will require the use of multi-way signals and will take place on 19th June, between 7.00pm and 12.00am.
- Electricity Northwest will be carrying out works on Didsbury Road, between Branksome Road and Park Drive. The works are scheduled to take place from the 27th June to the 14th July. Two-way signals will be in operation on the weekend of 28th-29th June, traffic will be maintained for the rest of the work.
- National Grid Gas will be undertaking works on Lower Fold in Marple Bridge, close to the junction with Waters Edge. These works require the use of two-way signals and will take place on Sunday 22nd June.
- British Telecom will be undertaking works on Station Road in Cheadle Hulme, between the junctions with Warren Road and Mellor Road. These works will take place between 26th June and 9th July and require the use of stop/go boards during some stages of the works. The works will only take place between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
