Below is a list of the latest roadworks in Stockport affecting areas including Cale Green, Marple and Woodford over the next few days.
- British Telecom will be carrying out works on Adswood Road in Cale Green, between the junctions with Beech Road and Vicarage Road. The works will take place between 26th July and 5th August and will require the use of two way signals on 26th and 27th July, between 9.30am and 3.30pm. During the remainder of the works two-way traffic will be maintained.
- Stockport Council will be carrying out work on Church Lane in Marple between the junctions with Church Street and Brickbridge Lane. As the majority of the work is located within the footway there will mostly be no impact on the carriageway. However, during stages of the works two-way signals will be required between the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm.
- United Utilities will be carrying out works to replace a manhole frame and cover on Chester Road in Woodford, at the junction with Moor Lane. These works require the use of multi-way signals on 25th July, between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
