LATEST JULY UPDATE FOR STOCKPORT ROADWORKS

20th July – 21st July: Claremont Road, Cheadle Hulme

Contractors working on behalf of United Utilities (0845 072 0829) will be undertaking work to clean and survey the sewer to determine condition on Claremont Road, Cheadle Hulme at the junction with Hulme Hall Road and Upton Avenue. These works require the use of multi-way signals and will take place on Saturday 20th July 2013 and Sunday 21st July 2013.

21st July: Heaton Moor Road, Heaton Moor

Siemens (01942 263564) will be undertaking works to remove existing and install upgraded multi-way traffic signals on Heaton Moor Road, Heaton Moor, at the junction of Green Lane, Moorside Road and Thornfield Road. The traffic controls should be maintained throughout the works with lighting engineers on site at all times. The works will take place on Sunday 21st July 2013, will start at 7am and are expected to be completed by 1.00pm.

21st July: Lingard Lane, Bredbury

Centurion Site Services (01924 372957) will be undertaking an examination of the Railway Bridge on Lingard Lane in Bredbury, using a Mobile Elevated Work Platform. These works will require the use of two way signals and the works will take place on Sunday 21st July 2013 between the hours of 7.30am and 2.00pm.

23rd July – 25th July: Grove Lane, Cheadle Hulme

Contractors working on behalf United Utilities (0845 072 0829) will be carrying out work to install new long sided service connection on Grove Lane, Cheadle Hulme at the entrance to Manchester Rugby Club. These works require the use of two way signals and will take place between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30pm from 23rd July to 25th July.
