
Poynton based Digital, IT and Marketing sector recruitment agency, Adria Solutions, appointed Instilled in August for a rebrand and new website, integrated with their CRM.
Following initial meetings on the project in August, it became clear the business had outgrown it’s existing branding. Instilled spent time researching the market and competitors and to gain a strong understanding of Adria and its people before embarking on any creative ideas.
Creative Director, Inness Mattinson, said:
It soon became clear that the core to Adria’s success was their people and the approachable and friendly way in which they do business. It was this understanding that laid the foundations for our brief.
“The new logo uses a rounded and less formal modern font. We used the existing Adria blue to retain some brand heritage and instilled two core brand features into the logo, incorporating a friendly nature in the highlighted yellow smile along with the Adria degree mark which denotes the three sectors of operation and includes the smile element. Combined and used as a degree mark this helps Adria communicate their 360-degree approach to recruitment.”

Central to the rebrand was the development of a new WordPress website. Instilled’s site now has an updated jobs board and an open, easy-to-read layout. The website incorporates Adria’s recruitment CRM, Firefish, making it completely integrated with the company’s day-to-day recruitment operations.
Inness added:
As with all the sites we build at Instilled, special attention is given to ensure that the site is easy to amend, change and grow alongside the business.”
