Stockport creative agency, Instilled, have delivered an new brand for online learning platform, iTEL.
Based near Chester, iTEL have pivoted from being an office-based learning provider to a cloud-based SaaS provider, and needed to update the branding to better reflect the new business model. Instilled won the work to rebrand iTEL, built them a new website and modernised the company’s core learning platform.
Instilled Creative Director, Inness Mattinson said:
“This was such a great business to work with. From the start we worked in tandem with the iTEL management team to establish the brief and goals for the project. iTEL had a well-established and respected name but only within a handful of very large blue-chip clients. Our job was to communicate their excellence to a much broader audience.”
The project included developing a new logo, strap-line, colour palettes, secondary graphics and photography and brand guidelines were created to ensure brand consistency going forward. The new branding was implemented across the entire organisation including a new website, print materials, the iTEL online learning platform, clothing, giveaways and an exhibition stand
James Buxton, Managing Director at iTEL, commented:
“Inness and Sue from Instilled have been an absolute pleasure to work with on our recent brand review and website launch. At all times I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and patient where they have gone above and beyond in ensuring that we have delivered against the original brief and hit key deadlines.
“Ultimately the proof in the pudding is the end results (i.e. new brand and website), which have superseded all expectations. We have also had an extremely positive response from employees, customers and potential clients alike as we embark on a new growth phase of our business. Given our experience, I would highly recommend Instilled for any future brand/website requirements.”
