Customer Experience (CX) specialists, Insight6, have launched a new resource pack for businesses to mark National Customer Service Week, which takes place from 3rd to 7th October 2022.
The free CX Business Pack contains advice and resources to help businesses boost team moral and improve customer experience throughout October and beyond. Topics covered by the resource pack include:
- Employee engagement & wellbeing
- Respect & employee empowerment
- Professionalism & reputation
- Effective strategy & leadership
- Workplace culture & recognition
In his foreword to the resource pack, Chris Lowe, CX Director for Manchester, Leeds & West Yorkshire at Insight6 explained:
“Lots of organisations and businesses claim their service is what makes them unique. Historical research shows that 80% of companies say they deliver ‘superior’ customer service, yet only 8% of customers of those companies thought the same.
“Saying you deliver great service isn’t enough, especially in a competitive marketplace. Taking time to reflect on how you serve your customers, recognise your team’s achievements and show your commitment to service excellence is critical to improving satisfaction and performance.”
The release of the CX Business Pack resources has been timed to coincide with National Customer Service Week – a week-long celebration of customer service, taking place 3-7 October 2022. Organised by the Institute of Customer Service, the week is an opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.
