Housebuilder partners with local florist to launch Poynton show homes

Housebuilder Bellway has partnered with local florist Ann Partington and her team to launch show homes at its Poynton Copperfields development.

Poynton-based Ann, who runs Florology, worked with the housebuilder to create a series of floral installations for the new show homes and sales centre. Designs take inspiration from both the internal and external styling of the homes at the development, as well as Bellway’s corporate colours.

Sales director at Bellway Manchester, Hollie Reynolds, said:

“Since launching in Poynton just a few months ago, we’ve had a wonderful response from locals and very much feel part of the local community in this highly sought after Cheshire village.  It is important to us to work with local businesses where possible, and we’re delighted with the floral concepts and installations that Ann has delivered for the show home openings.”

Providing interested homebuyers with the first opportunity to see inside completed properties, Bellway has opened the doors to two show homes at Copperfields – a three bedroom detached Mason and a four bedroom detached Scrivener. Layouts include layouts kitchen dining and family rooms, lounges, spacious bedrooms and desirable features such as en suites, downstairs cloakrooms and home offices.

The properties at Copperfields have been in high demand and reserving fast after release. Hollie Reynolds added:
