
Serious Injury Solicitors CFG Law have reported a bright start to the New Year, with an additional 11 new members of staff joining the firm in the last 6 months.

New staff build on the firm’s outstanding team of legal experts adding to the company’s expertise in helping injured people to recover from devastating injuries.
Senior Associate, Andrew McGowan joins from GLP Solicitors in Bury, bringing over 28 years’ experience in personal injury and a track record of success helping seriously injured clients and considerable expertise in brain injury cases and recognised as a Brain Injury Approved Litigator with APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
Associate Solicitor Leanne Tattam has extensive experience in handling complex head and brain injury claims and is also a volunteer and Trustee on the committee of Headway Blackpool Wyre & Fylde.
Associate Solicitors James Easson and Vicky Whitney both join from Slater & Gordon. James brings more than 7 years’ experience of handling complex and high value serious injury claims. He has particular experience of handling high value brain, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and complex orthopaedic injury cases. Vicky also brings extensive serious injury expertise to the firm with particular knowledge and experience of orthopaedic injuries, severe brain injuries, amputations and chronic pain. She has experience of handling complex, high value claims, often securing 6 or 7 figure settlements for her clients.
Further strengthening the legal team is Solicitor Celia Fraser, who brings considerable expertise in handling claims relating to employers’ liability, occupiers’ liability and product liability to CFG Law, in addition to claims against the CICA (the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority).
CFG Law is also very keen to grow and nurture young legal talent and has recently taken on 3 additional Paralegals; Amanda Zimba, Katie Lowe and Julia Boughen, alongside additional secretarial support staff, Donna Voyce and Lynne Ball and a new Finance Manager, Anne Owen.
It is an exciting time of growth for the firm and the team is pleased to welcome the new additional staff, adding to considerable expertise within the business.
