Stockport-based HR outsourcing provider, Hallidays HR, has welcomed new team member, Abigail Antrobus, as an HR Advisor.
Abigail brings to the business 15 years experience in HR, having worked in the Care, Education and Construction industries. A focus on generalist roles throughout her career has seen Abigail start up an HR department from scratch, deliver training to Line Managers and support the rollout of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) to a business.
Outside of work, she is a member of The Women’s Institute, and enjoys meals out with friends, cooking, and is a beginner sewer, just getting to grips with her sewing machine!
Abigail is also passionate about equality for all, particularly for women, and is committed to dispelling the negative view of HR by demonstrating how the function can add value, be compassionate, and be fair to all colleagues and is looking forward to bringing this passion into her role at Hallidays HR; she said of joining the team:
