Stockport business advisory firm, Hallidays, are hosting another two-day line manager training course on Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd December 2022.
People stay for managers, so now more than ever, it is crucial to ensure that line managers are equipped to manage their teams effectively.
During the two course, the Hallidays HR team will cover:
- Managing performance
- Communication and team building
- Handling disciplinary and grievance situations
- Holding difficult conversations
- Conflict management and resolution
- Attendance management
- Mental health and wellbeing
- Equality, diversity and inclusion
Throughout the line manager training course, attendees will develop their knowledge of UK employment law and a number of key HR areas. They will also gain the skills to be able to apply best practice techniques to difficult situations, gain a boost to their own confidence as a manager, and increase the engagement and productivity of their team.
The event takes place from 9.30am to 4.30pm Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd December 2022 at Hallidays’ office at Riverside House, Kings Reach Business Park, Yew Street, Stockport, SK4 2HD.
The two-day line manager training course costs £1,200 to attend, or £600 for existing clients of Hallidays Group or any other Xeinadin Group company.
