During 2015, Hallidays refreshed their branding to better reflect the company’s ethos of being ‘more than just accountants’; helping their clients to develop their business has resulted in an influx of new business and an opportunity to recruit new staff.

Marketing Manager Jane Bennett explains further:
“An unhappy team can impact on our clients who are surveyed quarterly and invited to provide feedback on proactivity, happiness, speed of response and completion of work to deadline. The results are shared in an open and transparent way on Hallidays website and throughout the firm. Anything less than excellent prompts us to speak with both our staff and our client so that we can improve on all fronts to keep our clients and our staff happy”.
