Stockport based accountants and business advisors Hallidays have returned record results following their quarterly client review.
For the 4th quarter in a row, scores have increased across each of the measured criteria and, from Client Happiness through to Quality of Response, every member of the team has had a part to play.
Jane Bennett, (left) Marketing Manager at Hallidays, believes that by continually measuring their client’s satisfaction, they are able to continually maintain a high standard service:
