Stockport based Gorvins solicitors have advised the partners of LJM Insurance Brokers in respect of the sale of the business to Manchester based Reich Insurance.
LJM Insurance have been working with businesses, property owners and private clients since 2008, managing a gross premium income of almost £4m. As part of the deal, the LJM partners will join more than 120 insurance professionals at Reich.
The team at Gorvins was led by Andrew Curwen, Head of Corporate & Commercial and Rowan Uren, Associate Solicitor.
