GORVINS ADVISE ON SALE OF 50 percent OF MATT BURTON GROUP LIMITED TO SF RESOURCING LIMITED

Christian Mancier, Corporate and Commercial Partner at Gorvins solicitors in Stockport has advised Matt and Anna Burton on the sale of 50% of Matt Burton Group Limited to SF Resourcing Limited.

Christian (pictured left) led a team of corporate/commercial and employment solicitors at Gorvins, negotiating the terms of the transaction with SF Resourcing’s in-house legal team.

This involved advising on and negotiating both the terms of the sale and those relating to the joint venture going forward together with all the associated legal documentation to give effect to the transaction.

Gorvins is delighted to have worked with the Macclesfield-based business, which also has offices locally in Manchester and Chester and includes Matt Burton Associates Limited and MBA Temps Limited within the group structure.

Local Stockport accountants, Bennett Verby, also provided Matt and Anna Burton with tax and accounting advice.
