Stockport-based Gorvins Solicitors has appointed two associate solicitors and an associate legal executive to support three growing service areas.
Samantha Kennedy (pictured left) joins the Wills, Trusts & Probate team as associate solicitor with a decade of experience under her belt. Having provided advice on a broad spectrum of matters, her particular areas of expertise include care home fee planning, asset protection, compensation protection trusts and trusts for parents of disabled children.
Ines Ouadah (pictured right) has also been appointed as associate solicitor within the Corporate & Commercial department and will assist the team on all areas. These include share and asset acquisitions, corporate restructuring and MBOs.
The pair has been recruited alongside Katie Fletcher (pictured centre), who has been recruited into the military claims team – one of Gorvins specialist areas. Her work will focus on claims where life-changing physical or psychological injuries have occurred and call on her experience supporting clients with severe brain injuries, amputations and complex PTSD.
With combined experience in excess of 25 years, the trio is the latest in an ambitious recruitment drive, which has gathered pace in recent months.
Mark Deverell, managing partner at Gorvins Solicitors, said:
“We continue to grow as a firm and welcome on board our new colleagues.
“Whilst we are an historic business, we continue to evolve by bolstering our existing workforce with new talent and have stepped-up our recruitment drive since the turn of the year.
“I am incredibly proud of the way we have managed to continue to grow the firm and we are lucky to have such a tremendous amount of talent here at Gorvins.
“By employing great people, we can deliver top-level service to our clients and we are focussed on cultivating our supportive and developmental culture in order to encourage best practice across the board.”
