Pioneer 10 is a new and exciting, free business award and growth coaching programme for entrepreneurs in Stockport. It has evolved over the past 4 years and is open to startups and ambitious SMEs .

It began life as the Spark Business Awards operated by Oxford Innovation in Market Harborough and Stockport with huge success. Spark has helped over 4000 businesses, many of which have achieved outstanding results.

Over the years they have learned a great deal about the requirements of business owners and the key elements they need to achieve success. It is their goal to ensure that every business that interacts with business support project Pioneer 10 will derive genuine benefit through insightful, in-person workshops and tried and tested online tools.

10 businesses will receive one to one coaching and guidance from our experienced business experts.  This stage will open up a world of new possibilities for business owners and significantly increase their chance of success. 

Two of these pioneers will be selected by our panel of judges for a long term, high value, high impact business support package leveraging the resources of Oxford Innovation and partners

Pioneer 10 is a fully-funded programme led by inspiring business experts. Featuring workshops, tools, support and a business awards programme it has been designed for small, ambitious businesses in Stockport.  

Based at Stockport Business and Innovation Centre, Pioneer 10 is operated by Oxford Innovation and supported by Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council. The programme is available to entrepreneurs and businesses at all stages to help drive growth and development.
